Welcome to Planned Giving

Planned giving allows you the ability to address your personal financial needs and establish a powerful legacy at The George Washington University Law School. Most gifts convey favorable tax treatment, and some can also provide you and/or a loved one you designate with an income for life. Donors of planned gifts can also experience significant estate-tax savings—an important consideration in planning your estate.

There are a number of ways to make a planned gift. This website includes brief overviews of planned gift opportunities at GW Law and the advantages they offer. To learn more about these gift plans and how you can support the Law School while also planning for your own future, please explore this website, or contact:

Heritage Society members are acknowledged in donor publications and are invited to special events and functions at GW Law in gratitude for their generosity.
